Returns/Exchanges
Eligible Items may be returned for store credit ONLY. Returns must be received within 10 days of the date the customer received the item(s). A %10 restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns.
Returned items must unwashed, unworn and in the same condition as received with the tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect item please contact us withing 24 hours of receiving ;your package.
Exchanges
Here at Remedy Accessories most of our items are specialty items that are not often duplicated or in mass quantities. Depending on the availability or stock of the item(s) we can possibly exchange the product., however the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If for some reason the items has become available, we can issue a store credit (once initial item is received)
SALE ITEMS
Sale items (with or without a promo code included) are Final Sale. Swimwear, Bodysuits, undergarments are non-returnable.
